Full Service Gas Attendant

Manley Tire is looking for a full service gas attendant! Schedule: 20-40 hours per week (part or full time) Duties: Attend to full service gas pumps, restock candy/pop, keep the waiting room presentable during the day

Experienced Commercial & Ag Tire Technician

This position comes with the possibility of a $100 weekly bonus. The Commercial & Ag Tire Technician will produce a service of fast and reliable work. The technician is to work on vehicles/ tires that have been given a specific order; this may be tire work or other minor mechanical work. A large portion of work will be performed in the field or on the road.

If you enjoy working alone and have a strong, self-motivated work ethic, this the job for you! Tire Technicians’ main duties will be to install the necessary needs for the equipment they work on. Technicians will also participate in restocking inventory, customer service, and routine maintenance. They must also participate in property clean up. It is always important that the technicians try to upsell. More detailed duties will be outlined in orientation. Techs will need to attend management meetings and assist if the growing needs of the business.

Service the customers’ needs to the best of their ability, and provide high-quality service. Assist in increasing productivity in the Commercial and Ag division of the business.

Part-Time Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Accountant to join our team. This role will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including bi-weekly payroll processing for approximately 40 employees

Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 40 employees.
• Calculate and process federal, state, and local taxes.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including time-off accruals and compensation changes.
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist with year-end payroll tasks, such as W-2 and 1099 preparation.
• Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Perform general accounting tasks, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws.

Currently, we are looking for an experienced service writer that is reliable, honest, and an energetic person to provide needs to our customer in person and over the phone.
